Is your lack of process driving the team nuts?

Redesign the interior of your headspace

I help boutique interior designers reduce stress through process automation so they can focus on helping their clients write the story of their house.

Let's Talk

Are you spacing projects in your head?

Is your team feeling stressed about the lack of process around scheduling clients?

Are clients agitated when you can't get them a solid start date?

Are builders and contractors getting frustrated when they don't know what timelines to expect?

Are the "all-hands-on-deck" moments when your clients spring shit on you causing you and your staff sleepless nights?

Inquiries are coming in but you tell yourself, "Work might dry up. This won't last." So you accept any clients you think you can work with and then your team has to scramble to understand the new timelines.

Your team feels like they're all flying by the seat of their pants. Chickens with their heads cut off.

You're a creative, not a "business person."

You like handling the inquiries, that's the part you love. You don't want to have to hire a biz manager. You're a boutique. You're scrappy.

But you're busy. You have no time to sit down and make sense of all the technology, how much it'll cost, or how to set up all the integrations. It's too overwhelming.

So you feel like you need to handle all the scheduling yourself.

It doesn't have to be this way. You might just have a process problem.

Imagine if your scheduling was a breeze.

What if every member of your team knew exactly when client meetings were without asking you?

What if you could confidently give clients, builders, and contractors solid timelines to expect?

What if you could focus on your family and the best parts of the business you love?

Develop a scheduling process that doesn't suck the life out of your team.

If you're using tools like Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox, guess what? You've got everything you need to take control of your scheduling.

You don't need to hire a business manager. Outsource scheduling to the machines. When you work with me, we'll develop a custom scheduling process for your firm that feels great and is easy for the team to use.

Keep your contractors and builders informed by linking your scheduling to theirs in BuilderTrend.

You and your team can manage schedules on your phone, in Slack, or in other tools you're used to using every day.

Who am I?
I'm Kamran Ayub. I'm a business technology consultant who helps boutique interior designers reduce stress so they can focus on helping their clients write the story of their house.

My approach involves using workflow and process automation to integrate with the existing tools you're already familiar with. That means you can outsource your brain to the machines and free up your team's headspace for doing more important work than fiddling with calendars.

I'm also a design-build enthusiast. I've used Chief Architect to renovate my house and to build my own studio in my backyard. I've loved interior design and architecture since I was a kid.

In another life, I might have been an interior designer. But being able to use my technology expertise to help designers keep creating beautiful spaces that people can be in feels just as good.
